Valentine’s Dinner
Every Year, I make a special dinner for Valentine’s Day. This year I’m making Chicken Schnitzel from Eric Wareheim’s Cookbook, “Foodheim”. I’m also going to attempt to make a blooming onion and some sweet apple sauerkraut.

Today is Super Bowl Sunday, so will be a fun day to watch, eat some junk food, and hang out with my family.

House Work Catchup
Today I’m catching up on housework. Not exciting, but I will feel a sense of accomplishment when it’s done…clear out the clutter and feeling of procrastination in my mind. I need to complete many inside chores on my todo list soon, as spring is around the corner and outside work will become a priority.

Today I’m just hanging out at home, relaxing, making music and watching some of the Grammy Awards.

Moving Rooms
Today I’m moving my home office/studio to a new room. I’m excited to have a new space to create music. It’s smaller than my current room, but I think I like the idea of having everything closer and more “cozy”.

Favorite Music Bracket – Round 1
Today I am listening to 32 of my favorite songs with my family to see which songs make it to round 2 in our collective opinion. Each Friday we take turns playing our favorite songs for each other in a bracket style tournament.
